Success Shouldn’t Cost You Yourself
BURNOUT & WORK STRESS THERAPY
On the outside, you're capable, dependable, and successful. People trust you to solve problems, lead others, and keep moving forward.
On the inside, you're exhausted.
Work has followed you home. It has begun shaping your relationships, your identity, your health, or your ability to be fully present with the people you love. Therapy offers a space to understand what's happening and create a more sustainable way forward.

“Burnout rarely stays at work. It follows us into our relationships, our identity, and in the quiet moments when no one else is watching. You don’t have to choose between thriving professionally and living a meaningful life.”
Why my MBA matters in the therapy room.
Before becoming a therapist, I earned my MBA, served in director-level leadership roles, coached startup founders, and launched businesses of my own. I understand the pressure of leadership, entrepreneurship, difficult decisions, and the responsibility that often comes with success because I've lived it.
Today, I bring that real-world experience into my work as a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate, Board Certified Sex Therapist, and National Certified Counselor. My approach integrates evidence-based therapy, trauma-informed care, and specialized expertise in relationships, intimacy, and emotional well-being to help professionals move beyond burnout toward meaningful, lasting change.
I've spent my career understanding both how organizations work and how people work. Lasting success requires understanding both.
